Donations are non-refundable as they go directly toward server costs. If you have a billing issue, open a support ticket and we'll do our best to help.
How soon do I receive my perks? ›
Perks are applied within 24 hours. DM a staff member on Discord or open a support ticket with your payment receipt and in-game username to speed things up.
Can I donate for someone else? ›
Yes! Just include their in-game username in the payment note and let us know in the support ticket.
Do Illuminate perks expire? ›
No -the Illuminate rank and all its perks are permanent once applied. Coin packages are also a one-time deposit to your in-game balance.
I donated but haven't received my perks. ›
Open a Support Ticket with your payment confirmation (screenshot or transaction ID) and your in-game username. We'll get it sorted.

1. Who Can Join

You must be at least 13 years old to participate in Flash-Networks. You are responsible for your account -anything that happens under your username is on you.

2. We Reserve the Right to Remove Anyone

Flash-Networks can ban, mute, or remove any player or member at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Donor status does not exempt anyone from this.

3. What You Cannot Do

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, grief, harass other players, share confidential Flash-Networks content, or break any applicable laws while using our services.

4. Donations are Non-Refundable

All donations are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances -no exceptions. In-game perks may be revoked if rules are violated. By donating you acknowledge and accept this.

5. No Guarantees

Flash-Networks is provided as-is. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from server restarts, crashes, rollbacks, or outages.

6. Privacy

We collect only what is necessary to run the server and website. We do not sell your data.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Flash-Networks means you accept the current terms.
